Size and Strength: How many ICE or federal agents and vehicles you see
Activity and Action: What is happening? A traffic stop? Is ICE targeting specific individuals? The more information the better
Location: Where did you see ICE? Take note of the cross streets and if ICE is going in a specific direction
Uniform: Specify what agents are wearing. Civilian clothing, uniforms, vests, face coverings? What do any badges or vests say?
Time and Date: One of the most critical pieces of information to note is the time and date ICE was spotted.
Equipment and Weapons: Are ICE agents carrying weapons? Identify any equipment agents have and whether they use them on people.
